It is a policy of this company that all repairs or complaints must be in writing and muse be advised as soon as possible.  In order for repairs/complaints to be attended to, please complete this online form or alternatively download the pdf version, fax, post our deliver to our office.  Either a representative of our office or a tradesperson will be in contact with you.  If your problem is of an EMERGENCY nature, please telephone first, then confirm in writing.
