Kealba
Kealba is the fourth-smallest suburb in Melbourne, located 16km northwest of the CBD. Kealba is a pretty, park-filled area of less than 4,000 people and is named from a combination of the words Keilor and St Albans. This up-and-coming suburb has all amenities located centrally, including retail shops, medical facilities, public transport and schools.
Homes in this area can grant sweeping views of the City or of the beautiful Maribyrnong Valley, and major features of the area include the Kulin Wetlands, Brimbank Park and the Sunshine Quarry. The 418 bus services Kealba residents, and as it borders Sunshine, St Albans and Keilor Downs, trains into the city are only minutes away. Kealba is very safe and friendly, and somewhat eclectic, so is the ideal tree-change for couples or young families.
