The name Brad Teal is synonymous with real estate in Melbourne’s north-west. As active in the business today as he was when the business started in 1987, Brad continues to grow the business through his well earned reputation for professionalism and integrity.

The diversity of the business still excites Brad, who still gets a great deal of satisfaction from seeing clients achieve either personal or financial goals through their real estate decisions. Whether it is a long-term client growing their property portfolio, or a first home-buyer entering the market for the first time, Brad ensures the personal objectives of each client is the number one priority.

Born, raised and working his entire life in the Essendon area, Brad’s understanding of the real estate market, property trends in the area and local facilities and amenities is second to none. He has built knowledge and experience over thirty years in real estate that makes him the first port of call for anyone seeking real estate advice.  

Brad actively involves himself with many different local sports and community organisations, both with his personal involvement and company sponsorships of over 70 charitable organisations.  A former board member of the Essendon Football Club, Brad continues to take a keen interest in the fortunes of the Bombers and clubs in local football leagues.
